Greetings, I’m Liberty, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Maryland, and I’m here to support you on your path to healing and self-discovery. My journey into the world of mental health started with a passion for helping people find balance and peace in their lives. I began my education in behavioral health and substance use counseling, then went on to study psychology. Eventually, I earned my master’s degree in clinical social work with a focus on behavioral health and human services.

Education is a never-ending quest as I continuously pursue advanced trainings and certifications in trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ affirming care, behavioral health, equine therapy, and herbal medicine. As a clinical herbalist, I believe in incorporating holistic approaches that address the mind, body, and spirit, so you can experience a well-rounded sense of well-being.

I work with individuals who often feel misunderstood or marginalized, including creative professionals, veterans, first-responders, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those from alternative lifestyles. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, or life transitions, we’ll collaborate to help you find practical tools to manage emotions and create healthier coping strategies.

In my practice, I focus on a person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and experiences. I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore who you are and work through life’s challenges. Outside of the therapy room, I love playing guitar, painting, listening to music, traveling, and off-roading.
