No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured or self-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services before beginning care.

At Enrichment Wellness, LLC, we provide Good Faith Estimates to clients who are not using insurance or who choose to pay privately for services. This estimate outlines the expected cost of therapy services based on our current fees and the anticipated course of treatment.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before your first appointment and upon request. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
