Asking for help can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a client-centered and strengths-based clinician, it is my goal to make that process feel comfortable and safe. I believe that the client is the expert and I am a resource to help guide and process challenging life experiences and uncover new skills to manage those stressors.

I received my master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and focused on clinical work with families, youth and children. I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults to overcome anxiety while promoting positive self-esteem. I also work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts. I use a combination of techniques catered to each client’s specific needs, which sometimes includes play therapy, mindfulness, CBT, psychoeducation and somatic therapy (understanding the relationship between mind and body).

In my free time I enjoy traveling, reading, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my dog, Zaytuna.
