Licensed Master of Social Work, Certified Yoga Instructor

Have you ever felt stuck? Repeating patterns of behaviour that limit or harm you? As we grow up, we learn how to protect ourselves from pain with various coping strategies. Recognizing these patterns, with compassion and self-love, we can start to forge a new path. I believe we each contain the ability to feel our most radiant and liberated selves. Healing is not something you should have to face alone.

Grief, trauma, stress and anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ individuals

My undergraduate degree from University of Vermont in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Science, has helped to shape my foundation of understanding of health and holistic healing. I became a 200hr certified yoga instructor in 2016, at the Kripalu Center, and can offer mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic tools to empower the treatment of a multitude of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I received my Masters in Social work from Tulane University in 2022. My experience spans from adolescents to older adults. I aim to create a space where healing feels safe, at any age or stage of your personal journey.

My therapeutic approach is to meet you where you are at, and allow healing and change to occur at a pace that you feel comfortable with. Based on your needs, I can offer modalities such as Cognitive behavior therapy, Mindfulness based therapy, Somatic based therapy, while always maintaining a person-centered, strengths based approach. I consider systems of oppression as vital to understanding mental health, especially when concerning marginalized groups. I specialize in working with processing grief, trauma, stress and anxiety, depression, and working with LGBTQIA+ individuals. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey to foster deeper understanding of yourself, and recognize the power you hold to unlock positive change.

In my free time I enjoy roller skating, jigsaw puzzles, arts & crafts, gardening, hiking, sharing meals with friends, and spoiling my dog.
