Asking for help can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a client-centered and strengths-based clinician, it is my goal to make that process feel comfortable and safe. I believe that the client is the expert and I am a resource to help guide and process challenging life experiences and uncover new skills to manage those stressors.
Welcome to my page! Asking for help can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a client-centered and strengths-based clinician, it is my goal to make that process feel comfortable and safe. I believe that the client is the expert and I am a resource to help guide and process challenging life experiences and uncover new skills to manage those stressors.
I believe healing begins with curiosity, not judgment. Together, we’ll slow down, explore your experiences, and help you better understand the patterns that have shaped you. As your self-awareness grows, so does your ability to make choices that feel more authentic and aligned with who you are. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to reflect, heal, and grow. You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
I enjoy working with young adults, new and expecting parents/mothers, and individuals navigating reproductive mental health, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I received my master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and have over 10 years of clinical experience supporting individuals, children and families including immigrant and refugee communities. I use a variety of interventions in my practice catered to each client’s individual needs, which sometimes includes CBT, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
