I specialize in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga for Eating Disorders, and Yoga of 12-step Recovery.
Currently, I am a graduate clinical psychology student at the University of Baltimore. I’m passionate about integrating my psychology and yoga therapy knowledge to provide holistic care for my clients. As an integrative health professional, I focus on delivering individualized, all-encompassing care by incorporating therapeutic somatic tools such as body scans, mindfulness practices, and spirituality to support my clients’ well-being.
Whether in-person or virtual, I work diligently to empower my clients by fostering collaborative relationships and implementing tailored wellness plans to support their journey toward enhanced health and well-being. Central to my holistic approach is cultivating the mind-body connection through guided visualization, body awareness, and breathwork, facilitating my clients’ attainment of wellness.
