When I work with people, I view them through a holistic lens and facilitate a connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I supplement my work with mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), client centered therapy, and internal family systems therapy (IFS). I am a trauma informed clinician and a level-1 graduate of the Ferentz Institute\u2019s trauma certification program, and in my work, I aim to provide clients with both skills to help one move through life with more ease and guidance to turn inward with curiosity and compassion.
