In clients’ own words
Google Reviews from clients describing the work themselves, not marketing copy describing it for them.
A group practice built around one idea: you already have the power. We help you remember.
This is a practice for the ones who read the books, did the meditation app, and learned the vocabulary of attachment styles and nervous systems and inner critics, and still found themselves circling the same pattern at a slightly different altitude.
We are Enrichment Wellness, founded in 2019 around one founding insight drawn from years of clinical work that came before. Too many people were walking into therapy with the right vocabulary and the wrong map.
Our clinicians have walked into the darkest corners of their own mental house with a flashlight, first.
Here is something most group practice websites will not tell you. A lot of therapists have done the training, sat the supervision hours, and passed the licensure exam, and skipped the part where they did their own work. Before our clinicians sit across from you, they have already sat across from themselves. They know what it feels like to sort what is yours from what was handed to you, then wash what needs washing. We treat that as a hiring filter.
The practice exists to help them remember. A lot of the work begins with naming the pattern that has been running, at the depth the client is actually ready to hear. Most people have been around their own pain long enough to describe it. Naming it accurately, with someone who can hold it at that depth, is where things tend to shift.
Recovery is fluency in feeling. We help people develop the capacity to be with what they have been overriding for years.
Therapy here has an endpoint. Some clients get there in months. Some take years. None of them are meant to stay forever.
The relationship is the medicine. Training matters. Modality fit matters. What matters most is whether the person across from you can actually meet you.
A child whose feelings have outpaced their words. A teen who needs a room that is not school or home. An adult ready to name the pattern at depth. The technique changes. The clinician changes. The conviction does not.
Olya Rich is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, in private practice since 2013. She holds a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and has spent more than a decade in direct clinical work before, during, and after founding this practice. Her training spans IFS, mindfulness-based interventions, CBT, DBT, ACT, hypnotherapy, and eye movement techniques.
She built this practice so its clinicians would carry the same instinct: meeting people where they are, then walking them somewhere they did not know they could go.
We see adults, couples, teens, and families across anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship work, eating concerns, grief, identity, and the wide territory of I’m functioning but something’s not right.
Two offices: Rockville, MD and Silver Spring, MD. Five interns and post-graduate clinicians. Two administrative staff holding the operational floor.

Practitioner listings on Psychology Today, and recognition from “Best of Business.”
Mostly, what it builds is a practice you can actually trust to do the deeper work without performing depth at you.
You are powerful. You have been powerful the whole time. The work is remembering, then walking it back into your life.
