How do I get started?

Reach out through the contact form or call (301) 944-9065. We respond within one business day, learn a little about what brings you in, and match you with the clinician whose focus fits the work you are here to do.

Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?

Both. In-person at our Rockville and Silver Spring offices, and by telehealth across Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Louisiana, and Washington State.

Who do you work with?

Children (roughly five to twelve), teens (roughly twelve to nineteen), adults, couples, and families. Our clinicians hold a range of specialties, so we can match the person to the right fit.

How long are sessions, and how often?

Sessions are 50 to 55 minutes and usually weekly. Your clinician will recommend a rhythm that fits the work and adjusts it as things change.

What kinds of therapy do you offer?

Our clinicians draw from Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy, with trauma-focused care that includes eye movement techniques (EMI) and Brain Spotting. The approach is matched to what you need, never one method for everyone.

Do you accept insurance?

We are in-network with several major insurance plans, including Aetna, CareFirst (BlueCross BlueShield), and United Healthcare. We also provide superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Tell us your plan when you reach out and we will confirm your coverage and options.

Where are you located?

Rockville (1 Research Court, Suite 120, Rockville, MD 20850) and Silver Spring (8630 Fenton St #520, Silver Spring, MD 20910), Maryland. Telehealth is available across Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Louisiana, and Washington State.
